What’s included in a standard real estate shoot?

A standard shoot includes professionally edited interior and exterior photos, delivered within 24 hours in both MLS-ready and high-resolution formats. Add-ons like drone, video, social media content, and floor plans are also available.

What’s your turnaround time for photos, video, or floor plans?

Photos: within 24 hours. Video and Floor Plans: within 48 hours (unless otherwise arranged).

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on our post-production team’s availability. Please let us know at the time of booking.

Can I reschedule or cancel my shoot?

Yes, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Weather-related changes are always flexible.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the shoot as needed. Overcast skies can still be great for interiors.

Is your drone pilot licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for drone work. Our lead pilot is among the most experienced in Canada.

How should the property be prepared before the shoot?

Properties should be clean, decluttered, and staged if possible. We’ll send a prep checklist before your appointment.

Do I or the homeowner need to be present during the shoot?

No, as long as we have access (e.g., via a lockbox code), your presence is not required.

Do I own the photos or just have permission to use them?

You receive a license to use the photos and videos for marketing the listing. Ownership remains with us, as is standard in the industry.
